Whiskey Smoked Piri Piri Chicken

One of my absolute favourite ways to prepare chicken is smoking it on a rotisserie.  Whiskey barrel wood chips, home made Piri Piri rub and basted with home made Piri Piri sauce.

With the leftovers I make a flavourful Piri Piri fried rice.
